The focus this week is being courageous. Each person must run and collect five pieces of clothing or objects of that color, one piece at a time and bring it back to the starting point. Jesus was in the back, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him up. They said, &#8220;Teacher! Don&#8217;t you care if we drown?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He got up and ordered the wind to stop. He said to the waves, &#8220;Quiet! Be still!&#8221; Then the wind died down. And it was completely calm. He said to his disciples, &#8220;Why are you so afraid? Don&#8217;t you have any faith at all yet?&#8221; They were terrified. They asked each other, &#8220;Who is this? Think about all the things that fresh water gives us.<\/p>\n<p>Find out why water is good for the body.<\/p>\n<p>Fact: your body is mostly made up of water.
