If you can do it more often, then do other types of exercise too &#8211; walking, jogging, riding, skating, or swimming.<\/p>\n<p>Each week of family.fit has a <strong>theme<\/strong>. The focus this week is serving others. A servant is not ranked above his master; an employee doesn&#8217;t give orders to the employer. Why did it happen?
